The property is 10 minutes away from the main town Toscolano-Maderno where there are beaches, supermarkets and rentals. A great ice cream parlor/bar is at a walking distance of 5 minutes from the property. The Villa is located 10 minutes away from the main road but everything is reachable by car in just a few minutes.
