Air-conditioned, modern apartment near the lake

Apartment by the beach on Lake Balaton in Balatonfűzfő-Tobruk on the top floor of a family house (separate entrance). Located in a quiet neighbourhood on the Balaton cycle route. The apartment is recently refurbished with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, balcony. Free parking at the front of the house. Bikes can be safely stored. Local attractions include Balatoni Bob Adventure Park, Tihany peninsula, Balatonfüred (promenade, Aqua Park), boat trips, vineyards, beaches, Lake Cave Tapolca. The apartment on the top floor of the large concrete framed family house with seperate access has one bedroom, one kitchenette/dining room (cot or mattress can be placed here if required), one bathroom (shower, basin, toilet) and a small balcony. For the cot, we ask the quests to bring their own sheet and bedding. The apartment is modern, with a fully equipped kitchenette (small fridge with freezer compartment for ice cream :)) , Smart TV (including international channels), air-conditioning and WiFi. Guest have access to seating and a table in the front garden. The apartment is ideal for couples and families alike. We would like to ask our guests to use the hand sanitiser in the hallway when entering the house. We thoroughly clean and desinfect the apartment after each booking. The apartment is a short walk (7-10 minutes) from Tobruk's family friendly lakeside/beach, that offers three good food and drink outlets selling a variety of food, boats for hire, trampolines, and a small shop selling childrens toys. The entertainment facilities of the impressive Balaton Bob Adventure Park, a swimming pool and a sports field are 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is on the 200 km Balaton circular cycle route. Balatonalmádi, Balatonfüred and the historical district of the Tihany Peninsula with the Abbey, lavender fields and tourist shops are easily accessible by car. They offer many opportunities for access to beaches, cafes , restaurants, bars, vine yards and wine tasting, boats trips and hire, markets, wine festival during August and the Balatonfüred Annagora Aquapark, to name a few of the attractions. For food shopping, we recommend the Aldi store in Balatonalmádi, which is 5 minutes drive away. A small local food shop is 2 minutes walk away. To comply with Airbnb's COVID Cleaning Protocol, we increased the time between check-in and check-out. This way we can make sure the apartment is fully aired, cleaned and sanitised after each stay.
