Relax in the countryside near the sea

Nice studio located on the ground floor, with outdoor space just a few minutes from the beach of Marina di Campo, in the middle of nature. It is part of a portion of a typical Tuscan villa with high-level finishes, has: sofa bed, safe, dishwasher, TV, bathroom, WIFI, washing machine, outdoor shower, parking, electric gate, garden, porch. Extra heating. to be paid on the spot, bed and bath linen costs (20 € for person). In our house you will find all the comforts, including Jacuzzi. You will also find free animals, including chickens, a kitten and a donkey. If you have children, they can interact with them, but always under our supervision. Also in the property there are paths that connect to the hill, where you can walk while breathing the scents of the Mediterranean scrub; in spring it is possible to see the flowering of many plants. Our guests are free to visit the property, respecting the rules. Children can visit the areas of the property, under parental supervision. I will be happy to give advice on the beaches, and the most beautiful coves of our beautiful island. I am happy to give advice on typical products, and where to eat fresh fish. If you need anything I am always available. If you walk to the highest part of the property, you will see a beautiful panorama overlooking the mountains and the sea. bicycles are also made available to our guests for a fee. If you love nature and tranquility, you are in the right place. The sea and services are just a few minutes away (supermarket, bar, tobacconist, pizzeria, service station and airport). Also at the house there is the possibility to use the Jacuzzi for a fee (cycles of 20, 40, 60 minutes), open: april/may until early October. We donate organic vegetables and eggs to our customers.
