79 Bayview is in an ideal location with option of one, two or 3 bedrooms available for a family or couple to enjoy a beach side getaway. Beach access is less than 50 meters from the property. NOTE: Bookings are based on a couple or 2 people with one bedroom per night. An additional $40 per guest per night applies for the use of a second or third bedroom if a couple prefers to sleep separately or if 2 or 3 singles are booked. there are 3 bedrooms and 3 queen size beds. A warm and well appointed home all on one level. The main living space is combined kitchen, lounge and dining room. A fully equipped kitchen caters for those who wish to entertain. Note that a family and friends gatherings and pets are allowed by prior arrangement with host. Large bathroom with huge spa bath shower and TV soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied. The home has a large outside entertaining area with bbq and 2 fire pots The entire main house is accessible. Attached unit which is the host accommodation is not accessible. Friendly Host lives on site in a separate private unit attached to the house. Lauderdale has a very friendly community. Walking distance to stunning Lauderdale beach, Restaurants, Cafes, Tavern and 2 Gourmet Grocery stores. 20 minutes from Hobart airport and 30 minutes from Hobart CBD.
