Comfortably sleeping 8 guests in style, this beach cool house is spread over 3 floors and is spacious enough to accommodate the whole family. As well as a fantastic sea front location and views towards Bardsey Island and The Llyn Peninsula, our beach house is also only 5 minutes walk away from the town centre with the world famous Talyllyn Railway, plus all amenities including a doctors surgery, leisure centre, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more. The Snowdonia, countryside is right on the doorstep. Set on the edge of the National Park, Tywyn is close to the ‘sublime Mawddach’ and Dovey Estuaries, Cader Idris & right on the doorstep, miles of stunning coastal & hillside walks await you! All the stairways and bedroom upstairs are carpeted, the main living room and downstairs has quality real wood flooring. The ground floor: Twin/double room with tiled floor and An IKEA ‘guest bed’ pull out bed, which can also be used as a double bed . (it doesn't really divide into 2 seperate beds) Wet Room: This room is right next to the bedroom and is ideal for guests with mobility issues. Walk in off the beach straight in to a purpose built wet room with WC and pedestal wash hand basin! Garage & Laundry room: The ground floor also has a garage with utility area including iron and ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer, drainer sink, fridge freezer and wine cooler. Lots of room for water sports equipment. For those raining days and fun, there is full size pool table to keep you entertained. Off road parking at the rear and plenty of other parking with no restrictions all round. The middle floor: This is the main feature of this fabulous property! Through the feature glass doors off the stairway is a huge open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with a designer white/glass round dining table, which can sit 8 with hi-back black leather padded chairs for 6 + other chairs are available. To the front is the sitting area with a big corner settee and 3 seater sofa, all in black leather! Two coffee tables and hi=gloss white sideboards complete the designer look! For entertainment there is a 42in flat screen TV & DVD, IPOD doc & CD player, FREE WIFI of course! The WOW factor is the double French doors open out on to a full-length balcony with 6 stylish patio chairs and a square glass top tables and loungers to enjoy the uninterrupted sea views. To the rear is a stylish ‘hi-gloss white’ contemporary fitted kitchen with ‘wood block effect’ worktops, a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, integrated appliances; including, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, double oven, gas hob and grill, 4 slice toaster and everything you will need to cook a family meal or entertain in style. The top floor contains: King Size Bedroom 1: At the front (sea facing) of the property features a Juliet balcony with stunning sea views. This lovely master bedroom has an oak, king size wood framed bed, oak dressing table, oak double wardrobe and 2 oak bed side tables. The en-suite shower room features a WC, vanity wash hand basin and shower. Bunk room 2: Sleeping 2 is next to the master bedroom and also enjoys stunning sea views. It has adult size bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. King Size Bedroom 3: At the rear of the property features a Juliet balcony with a scenic view over the of the town and the mountains as a back drop. This lovely master bedroom has an oak king size, wood framed bed, oak dressing table, oak double wardrobe and 2 oak bed side tables Family Bathroom: Also, on the top floor is a lovely bright and spacious family bathroom, with a feature bath and hand held shower attachment, WC and fullly fitted storage units incorporating a vanity wash hand basin. Don't miss the spectacular sunsets over the bay. From early Spring through till Autumn, dolphins and porpoise can be spotted close to the shore, an amazing sight to see! It’s not unusual to see them on a daily basis in pods of up to 20. Tywyn is possibly the only place on the West Coast where you can park for FREE virtually right on the beach. There is level access to the town where there are supermarkets, shops, bistros (you must try' Salt Marsh Kitchen' opposite the market hall) cafes, banks, a post office, cinema, health centre, cottage hospital, several churches, leisure centre and an indoor swimming pool. Just 5 minutes' drive is the picturesque harbour village of Aberdovey, with the famous Aberdovey Golf Course plus several good restaurants & pubs. For watersport enthusiasts and visitors with families, there are uncrowded, sweeping, sandy beaches in Tywyn or Aberdovey (just a few minutes away). Depending on the conditions, Tywyn is a focal point for surfers & kayakers. Tywyn's renowned 'Magic Lantern' cinema & arts venue is just around the corner. The main line train station is only 5 mins away as well as the world famous Tal-y-llyn Railway ( the world’s 1st preserved railway). Aberdovey is a well-known wind surfing & sailing centre. This region of Wales is without doubt a 'hidden gem' with some of the most spectacular scenery in Britain. This is a walker's paradise with Cader Idris just a few minutes drive away! Snowdon is only 60 minutes by car and the beautiful Coed Y Brenin Wood, with miles of mountain bike & walking tracks is just 30 minutes drive.Don't worry if you are not the active type, the effortless Mawddach Trail, featured in Julia Bradbury's 'Great Railway Walks' program, is accessible to everyone and takes you on a journey along one of the UK's most spectacular estuaries, brimming with wildlife. There are miles of beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches, as well as many local attractions, such as the Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Railway, which steams from Tywyn up to the mystical Dolgoch Falls. Just a few miles around the stunning Talyllyn Lake towards Corris, is the world renowned 'Centre for Alternative Technology' (or CAT) which is a fascinating place to visit and learn. Close to CAT is The Corris Craft Centre and King Arthurs Labyrinth, another must-visit place. NOW Open…………….. Surf Snowdonia is an exciting new surfing and water sports park to be built in the village of Dolgarrog, in the beautiful Conwy Valley of North Wales. For adrenalin junkies of all ages… The world’s longest zip wire ride, here in Snowdonia at 2 locations!! Penrhyn Quarry, Bethesda Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Blaenau Ffestiniog Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Blaenau Ffestiniog, LL41 3NB Bounce Below is the world’s first subterranean playground of its kind – and its here in Snowdonia by. The surreal experience of Bounce Below is set within a historic disused slate cavern, installed with massive bouncy nets to jump around in, unlike anything seen before!! Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £450 for any stay. Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding & towels.
