Tropical acreage family home

NOTE - Xmas 2021 bookings must commence on or before the 23/12 due to inability to secure cleaners over the Xmas period - Thank-you! The Perfect home for friends and family to share,plenty of outdoor decks, BBQ, massive lagoon pool and tropical gardens. Our family home has 3 outdoor decks, BBQ, massive lagoon pool and kids room perfect for entertaining family and friends on a quiet and private tropical acreage just 5 mins from Mooloolaba beach and 5 mins from Buderim village. This listing is for full access to all rooms, pool area and 2 x undercover car spaces and 2 outdoor driveway car spaces. We share the garage and driveway with our neighbour. A maximum of 4 vehicles can be parked on the property! The whole home booking is for the entire property! We are happy to be available when you need and will usually be there on check in, and available by phone at any time. As this will be an entire house booking we will be staying elsewhere. For bookings longer than 3 nights the pool will require cleaning. If the guest knows how to maintain a pool then they can do what's required otherwise the cleaning can be arranged at the owners expense. We are situated mid way between Buderim village and Mooloolaba/Alex beach, central to everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. We have neighbours on each side and below our property and we ask that you respect their privacy and quiet as we do. Bus stop 5 mins both directions on Mooloolaba rd. Christmas 2021 bookings will be unable to commence between the 24th and 27th of December due to not being able to secure cleaners to prepare our home. All booking enquires need to commence on the 23rd or earlier please! Our family home is not suited to events like bucks parties/schoolies events etc. and due to Covid these are not allowed at anytime. Pets are welcome as long as they stay to the tiled main living room and kitchen area and not allowed into the carpeted lounge and bedrooms. The yard is secure and we have a large kennel on the laundry deck. Any questions/concerns regarding pets please discuss prior to booking. We provide all linen, bedding, pool and bath towels. We have a tenant occupying a 2 bedroom unit behind the garage, and this is who shares the LH undercover garage space. Please keep her driveway access and car bay clear. We have a 32amp 5 pin single phase plug suitable for EV charging but you will need to bring your own mobile charging unit and plug! The Tesla mobile charger and orange 5 pin plug will NOT be available for use!
