Summer sea view villa Antiparos

The villa is situated 8km south of the main village, along the coastline. It is located on a hill just above the sea, with a spectacular 200°+ East view of the South Cyclades. It has a traditional island architecture with a huge terrace with BBQ and outdoor shower. The nearest wild beach is at walking distance and the nearest organized beach is only 3 minutes by car. The villa is built on 3 levels connected with indoor and outdoor stairs. Rooms and areas are big and spacey. It is fully equipped (washing machine, dish washer, Nespresso, filter coffee machine, wifi on all levels and outdoor areas). Tap water is not drinkable but we always offer mineral water to last throughout your stay. Mosquito nets are installed on all windows, just keep them closed. The terrace has a BBQ and two large tables that can sit 12+ people for nice summer dinners and drinks. Cleaning service is available upon request at an extra cost. Adapting to this year's particularities, we are applying certified disinfection before and after every reservation! In Antiparos you can find from local fish taverns to gourmet restaurants, from local coffee places to original Italian pizza, from beach bars to trendy cocktail bars. The food and the sea are excellent. It is a quiet family island but with a vivid nightlife in the village which lasts through the late morning hours. The people are very friendly and helpful. Just opposite of Antiparos you may find Pounda, the hottest spot of Kite Surfing in the Aegean. Also, you can take small boat cruises to nearby islands and discover what a really deserted beach in the Aegean looks like. One of the owners will always be there to guide you to the villa and show you around. Antiparos has recently become an attractive destination for those who need a quiet but classy island holiday. It is a small island, located near the bigger and popular island of Paros, with many beautiful and mostly untouched beaches. There are no big resorts, just small houses and hidden villas. The villa is located 7' drive from Antipatos village. There are no stores/shops at walking distance so it's always better to sxhedule groceries while in the village. Apandima Beach is located 3' drive from the house, with seabeds and a very nice beach bar and restaurant. The island is reachable via Ferry Boat from the port of Piraeus. After a 3-4 hours cruise to the island of Paros, there are local small boats that get you to Antiparos. Daily itineraries are available from Piraeus to Paros. Just enjoy your stay!
