Loukoulos' Red maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you have your homemade breakfast. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km. The maisonette has in the entrance a small balcony with a sofa, you could relax there enjoying the seaview. In the ground floor, you will come across with the living room, which sofa could be used as a single bed. In the same room is the kitchen and the dinning table. The bathroom is a small bathroom in the ground floor, with a shower. The stairs will get you to the upper floor, a traditional cosy bedroom with a double bed. The commoned surrounding area is 4 acres, which include the Loukoulos restaurant, 2 other neighboring maisonettes and a small wooden cafe-bar,Cicero's bar, with an unlimited seaview. Also the clay court (tennis court with red surface) is opened for everybody, and Loukoulos will provide you with rackets, you only need to have some tennis balls. Furthermore you could enroll to our weekly yoga classes. The owners of that place are living in their house into this plot. They will be there for everything that you need. The Marathokampos village, with traditional small roads and houses is closer than 10 km from us. Also nice to see is Ormos, a very beautiful village, 4 km from Loukoulos. Otherwise, if you like to wonder to the mountain, Pythagoras' cave is very close, same as Evagelitsia monastry. Furthermore beautiful beaches are closer than 5 km. Firstly, you will come across with Psili Ammos (2.5 km from us) and after that you will found Limionas beach (5km). Many other smaller beaches are waiting you to discover them. You could come to Votsalakia with local buses from the ports, but is not posible from the airport. I suggest as the best and easiesr way is to rent a car or a taxi. Our place is 550meters from the taxi station and from the bus stop. Bus diparture times from Kampos Marathokampou to Marathokampos then Karlovasi and then Kokkari and Vathi are 6:45 and 15:45.
