Private self-contained spacious retreat in Kenmore

This quiet, beautiful & spacious studio is private and peaceful. You have your own entrance and the whole space to yourself so it's perfect for those who would prefer to be private. It’s 13km from the CBD, close to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, next to a park, and is only 8 mins walk to a main bus route. It's close to Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens and Boulevard wedding venues and within Uber eats radius. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking it's convenient for all Brisbane attractions Self check-in is available with key-safe access, one queen bed and a sofa bed option, wardrobe with full length mirror. Wifi is available along with a TV with Netflix, Foxtel, Stan, Disney Plus, DVD player, seating area to relax and a high table and chairs which can also be used as a work station. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster so this is the perfect no hassle accomodation, please note there is NO cooking facility apart from the microwave. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread and crockery available so guests can make their own breakfasts. The unit is self contained with seperate access from the main house so guests can come and go as desired. We have a keysafe lock on the door so can accomodate unusual check-in times. Whilst I am happy to give you complete privacy, I am also available if required and happy to help out with local advice. If you do need an early or late check out feel free to message me and I’ll see if we can accomodate you, likewise contact me for luggage storage. Kenmore is a quiet, leafy suburban area and there is beautiful peaceful park 2 minutes walk from our location. We live on a quiet flat cul de sac with nearby access to public transport On street parking is available on the quiet cul-de-sac and there two main bus routes are within 8 minutes walk for easy access to the city. There are also local Uber drivers available. A smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are installed and the AC has reverse cycle heating for those chilly nights
