This old country house fully restored by an architect offer you a calm and pleasant surroundings near by a forest in the Valley of Loir. You will discover troglodyte villages, castles of the Loire, good gastronomy, 2 mns from Sasnières and his remarquable Garden. The ground floor of the house is composed of a very large room with a living room and fire place, an equipped kitchen open on a bar and a dining room looking out the terrace and the garden. Also an entrace, a bathroom and a bedroom space. At the first floor you will find two large bedrooms and a bathroom. In the flower garden you can have lunches and diners or even enjoy a nice apertif and use the plancha to grill food. All the house and the garden are accessible with a space to park cars. I will be available to answer any questions. The house is located between Sansières and Lavardin,,20 mns from Vendôme and his TGV train station with acces to Paris Montparnasse in 42 mns. Also 45 mns by car from Blois, Tours or Amboise. Shops are at 10 mns in Montoire-sur-Loir with a food market on wednesday and sathurday morning. Sasnières Garden is at 5 mns. From the house you can join hiking trail. N10 raod to reach Tours and Paris is 10 mns from the house. A10 road is accessible in 20 mns. My cat will be your companion during your stay. She is independent and cuddly. In the garden you can enjoy aromatic herbs to embellish your dishes.
