As it is South facing it is light and bright with Panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and views of Cawsand Bay from the garden it is close to Polhawn Fort, Mount Edgcumbe and Whitsand Bay. Private decking area. Wifi and secure parking. The self contained flat has it's own front and back door, fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge/freezer. All bed linen and towels provided. There is secure parking a bonus for Cawsand with it's limited parking spaces. There is free wifi. It is in a private location where you have peace and tranquility in a small unspoilt fishing village, a perfect getaway. There is a decking area at the rear of the flat with outside furniture and also the garden with benchs to enjoy the views. The flat is in an elevated position above Cawsand Bay and Penlee Wood. Guest have use of their own private decking area. Own portable bbq's allowed and room for own bicyles, surf boards to be stored. I live in the main house attached to the self contained flat if anything wants anything. In a quiet secluded spot with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and Cawsand Bay this is a perfect location for those who wish to get away and experience life in a small fishing village on the South East Coast of Cornwall. There is parking at the property but you do not need to use your car there is ample public transport, 2 local taxi firms, a ferry from Cawsand beach into Plymouth There is a path and 4 steps down from the parking area with hand rail. The flat is above Cawsand Village - there are 45 steps down to New Road so you need to be mobile and 300 metres to Cawsand Square and Cawsand Beach where you will find the Cross Keys Pub and Shop in the Square
