CENTRAL LOCATION! 5-10 mins from the Airport. You are walking distance from the Martintar strip, where you'll find cafes, restaurants, bars, video shops, gas station, supermarkets and more. You will enjoy your very own self contained 2 bedroom apartment. Having stayed at many other properties, what you will enjoy most is how fully equipped this apartment is. Everything you’d need in a kitchen, to modern leather sofa loungers to enjoy a Netflix show on a 65inch smart tv, or simply laying back to a cozy movie in the master bedroom with your better half! The space is newly built, has a very warm feel, with modern fixtures. The property line is fully fenced, and has a beautifully laid out garden, which incorporates driftwood to give it that beach / tropical look. Each apartment gets its own onsite parking space, and access to a clean refreshing swimming pool located in a fenced area for child safety. We have a total of 2 onsite hosts, they do not sleep on the property, but can be reached by phone at any time to assist you with your stay. One of these hosts will greet you upon arrival, and check you into your apartment. The owners, Richard and Sova, will also be available by either phone or Airbnb messages, should you require their assistance during your stay as well. Centrally located, you are walking distance to the Martintar strip; where you will find cafes, restaurants, bars, gas station, shops, grocery stores, cinema, and more. The property is off the main high way, in a safe, quite and peaceful neighborhood. There is a pre-school directly opposite the property, and the neighborhood is primarily occupied by your local businessmen, entrepreneurs and expats. Each apartment has a parking space available to it, so we’d recommend renting a car if you don’t already have one. However, a car is not necessarily needed as you are centrally located and within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. Taxis are also very easy to access. We suggest getting a local SIM card, so you can call them when needed. We will provide you their phone numbers upon arrival. We also have someone always available to take your call, should you require assistance with anything, or a few local tips and insider knowledge :)
