Very comfortable family house between grasslands and water in national reserve 'The Weerribben'. With a 10 minutes distance to Giethoorn, 5 minutes to the harbour and shops of Blokzijl and 200 meters to restaurant 'Geertien' is a very attractive location. The spacious living room is on the first floor and has an amazing view over the grasslands and the water. There is a luxury open kitchen with all facilities, a chimney at the lounge area, a large balcony/ terras with plenty seatings and two dining tables. There is a large dining table inside that can be extended up to 12 people. Chairs for the kids are available. Outside there is a large grass field with trampoline where kids can play. There are docking berths where you can tie up your boat. The water in front of the house leads you to the 'Giethoornse meer', which is a lake where you can find many boats, people swim and ice skating in winter. There are also a lot of biking tours and walking tracks through the national reserve nearby. There is plenty parking availability at the house. There is a railway station in Steenwijk (15 minutes).
