Large Family Appartment overlooking Lake Garda

Situated in Masetto 800 meters above Lake Garda, the house has some amazing panoramic views, not only of the lake towards Milan but also of Mount Baldo. The accommodation consists of one very large lounge, with television and dvd player and a large choice of dvds ( should you ever need them!), wifi, A large open planned kitchen with a breakfast bar which include a microwave combination oven; dishwasher; fridge; toaster; and all the necessary crockery. There are two large spacious bedrooms. One double room, one twin. There is a double bed sofa bed in the lounge if required. Washing machine is also available The outside of the house offers apart from the outstanding scenery patio, a barbecue, a table and chairs, and a large parking area. There is also 3,000 square meters of garden with a sun terrace and relaxing sun beds. This is also a good area for children to play tennis and badminton. Surrounding this grass terrace there are some lovely trees, (apple, fig, pear, chestnut and grape vines. There are also some sprinklers should you need to cool down!! The garden is totally private with a surrounding fence. The position of the house is south facing and we are very close to a lot of attractions which include: • Gardaland ( 20 minute drive – 18 kilometers drive) • Safari Park (20 minute drive) • Movieland (25-30 minute drive 25 kilometers drive) • Seaworld • Aquaparks 5 within close proximity furthest is 18 kilometers drive away. • Jungle Adventure (20 minute drive – 18 Kilometers Drive) • Verona Airport (30 minute drive – 25 kilometers) • Verona City • Venice (one hour 20 minutes by train) • Milan (one hour 20 minutes by car) • Lake Garda (20 minutes) • Motorway (15 minutes~) • Ski resorts (one hour away) • Lots of nature walks starting from the front gate • Riding stables (5 minutes) • Tennis courts (5 minutes away) • Good local restaurants, within a close drive from the house and a very large shopping centre (7 minute drive away) If you require any help with the language we will be only too happy to assist, tour of vineyards can be arranged. There are also some wonderful woodland walks direct from the house and if you are so inclined you can walk from the house to Caprino. It is a wonderful place for nature and animal lovers due to the wildlife around us.
