Walk to City and Events - Twin room

We are a 10 minute walk from the north end of Hamilton city and 15 from our rugby stadium and Claudelands Centre. Lovely gully outlook on quiet back section. You share our house with us. but have your own bathroom and separate toilet. Breakfast of cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juice, toast, tea and coffee is supplied. You share our house with us. We have 2 bedrooms available - a twin and double, and this listing is for the twin. We do not book out the two rooms unless to the same group. Bedrooms have some wardrobe space available and heating Share our home with us. We have a lounge/dining area available to our guests. Sky TV and wi-fi available We love our city and country, are keen hikers (trampers in kiwi speak) and enjoy sharing experiences with others. Happy to show people around, if our time permits. Our street is a quiet back street close to the river and its many walks. Bus stops are close by We are also about a 15 minute walk away from both our rugby stadium and the Claudlands Centre, home to indoor sporting events, entertainment and shows.
