School House Cottage

Unique school house cottage, located directly across from the beach, with a beautiful sunset every night. Yes we have a sandy beach! Perfect for couples and small families. The historic school house has an information booklet and pictures about it's history and don't forget to ring the bell! Enjoy the large backyard and campfire pit. A 10 minute bike ride to downtown Kincardine or 5 minute drive. The town has many shops, restaurants, trails, paddle board rentals, farmer markets and events. Perfect place for beach walks, biking and kayaking. Please feel free to bring your bikes and kayaks. There is paddle board rentals nearby as well. Huge yard, fire pit, BBQ, concrete patio and beach across the road. Bag chairs are provided to take to the beach. Guest have full access to cottage and yard. You do not share the property with anyone else. I live in the area and can answer any questions. I live a couple doors down and be available to answer any questions. I can meet you at the cottage for checkin and give you the keys or if I’m busy I will provide the lock box code instead. Quiet neighbourhood located only minutes from the town of Kincardine.
