This villa, fully rehabilitated can comfortably accommodate two families is 6 to 7 people but has 9 beds. One floor per family. The TV room can accommodate two additional people on a futon. Very nice garden (about 150 m²) with a large terrace, nicely lit for friendly and enjoyable barbecue evenings. View of the sea and a Nordic bath at your disposal. On the ground floor : - A living room with fireplace, a dining table overlooking the landscaped garden. - A kitchen opening onto the terrace equipped with a table and chairs. - a shower room First floor : - a room with two single beds - a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) - a bathroom with a bath and a shower, wc. - Laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a washing tub On the second floor: - a bedroom with a large bed of 160cm (2 twin beds 2X80) - a "cabin" room with a single bed on the mezzanine - TV room with futon - a bathroom with toilet Unlimited wifi connection (freebox).
