Nestled in the very heart of the Piton de Sancerre, elected favorite village of the French 2021, this cottage will allow you to discover or rediscover the Sancerrois. This charming little house can accommodate up to 2 people and has all the necessary comforts. Cooked equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle. Upstairs the bedroom has a double bed 140x200 with bed linen provided. Shower room with WC and towels provided. The accommodation is fully equipped and ideal for exploring the region. The staircase leading to the bedroom and to the bathroom is a Japanese step staircase. This one is a bit steep and can be difficult for people with physical difficulties. The accommodation is in Sancerre itself. Once there, there is no longer any need to take the car to explore the village or go to eat. There are non-private parking spaces in front of the accommodation or a free parking lot 100m away. The house has been completely renovated and keeps the characteristics of the dwellings of the region with its tiled floor and stone walls.
