Comfortable family home within 10 minutes of M80. Bus to Glasgow city centre stops on street. Rail links to Glasgow, Edinburgh etc. within a 10 minute drive. Combi boiler for constant hot water. Family bathroom with bath and walk-in electric shower. Ensuite shower room in master bedroom. Dining table seats 6 (8 at a push using 2 fold down chairs). Sofa bed also available in lounge area, comfortable for 1 extra adult or two children. Check-out 8pm at no extra cost for most days on request. Spacious, cosy home with constant hot water. Three upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy superking bed and an ensuite with shower. Both the master bedroom and double bedroom are spacious enough to accommodate the available travel crib. There is wardrobe and drawer space in each of these bedrooms. The third bedroom has two single beds, a small fitted wardrobe and three small drawers. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Children's bath toys, potty and toilet seat are provided. One bath towel, one hand towel and one face flannel are provided per person All bed linen provided. The house will be cosy on your arrival. Thereafter instructions are available for you to schedule the heating to suit yourselves. Please note that this is our own family home which we vacate for guests. As such it has everything you are likely to need and are free to use. As such, you will be surrounded by our own possessions although allocated your own wardrobe and drawer space. The pantry and kitchen cupboards have all the basic foodstuffs. If you see it, you are free to use it! Read the reviews. This is a fantastic family space. Guests are welcome to use the whole house and to choose which beds they would like to sleep in. Free late check-out is possible by arrangement on Sundays and occasionally on other days also. By mobile phone Our house overlooks the Luggie Water and there are peaceful walks in either direction. occasionally an otter has been spotted shyly hiding in the river bank. More often a bright blue flash of a Kingfisher on the hunt for food may be seen. We have lovely, friendly neighbours who generally take care of our bins. The house is a 25 min drive to Glasgow city centre, 25 min to Stirling and 1 hour to Edinburgh. Bus to Glasgow city centre passes house (1 hour journey). Train stations with direct access to Glasgow (11 min) and Edinburgh (40 min) are a 7 min and 10 minute drive away respectively. Hanging space for clothes is on the left in the built-in wardrobes in the master and double bedrooms. Drawer space in each of these bedrooms is in the tall, narrow chest of drawers. Each guest is provided with a bath towel, hand towel and face flannel in addition to extra towels in bathroom.
