Only one group at a time! This holiday house located at a quiet area in Hualien. It is a perfect base for you to exploring Hualien! 2021 Newly furbished! Fully equipped kitchen with utensils Air-conditioned (cold/warm) every room and living room Free washing machine and drying rack Netflix & Wi-Fi & Digital channel Self check-in accommodation Perfect stay for weeks/months!! Extremely quiet at night, good for group with children. Must keep quiet at night. About floor plan: 1st floor: living/ dining area(TV), kitchen, 1 toilet 2nd floor: 1 quad room(double bed*2), 1 double room (queen bed*1) 3rd floor: 1 quad room(double bed*2), 1 double room (queen bed*1) Every room has private bathroom. Total 4 room & 4 bath & 1 toilet: Staying up to 8 adults and 4 children under age 5. You can use everything in the house freely! But we open the rooms according to the number of guests. (e.g. Any booking for 6 guests we'll offer you a quad room and a double room. If you have other plan for the rooms please talk with us.) About other space: *Kitchen is good for cooking! ( Induction stove, rice cooker, small oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric pot, tableware, kid's tableware, basic seasoning, water dispenser) *Bathroom: Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, body gel, hair conditioner *Kids friendly: Baby cot (please require), baby chair, baby bathtub, sterilizer *Laundry: washing machine & drying rack *Entrance: private house you won't share front door with others *Parking: Only 1 small car can park in front of the house. (Please don't block the neighbor's pathway or at the yellow box junctions.) Extra car or SUV please go to free on-street parking. Our house located at a very quiet residential area, must keep quiet after 22:00, especially NOT to make noise on the balcony or outside the house (too noisy may cause neighbors to report) No noisy party please. We don't want to bother our neighbors. :) 2. We prepare everything according to the number of guests. Please book the exact number of guests for your stay. If you need to change the number of guests please let me know before check-in. If there are plus people need to stay there will be additional fee. 3. This is a self check-in listings. There's no staff upon check-in so we can't offer pillow/quilt/towels for sudden plus guest. No housekeeping service or towels changing during the stay. (We have washing machine and clothes rack for guest. ) 4. Only 1 small car can park in front of the house. There are free on-street parking near our house.
