Sir Walter Scott apparently doffed his hat to the view up to St Mary's Church, claiming it was the finest sight on the road between London and Edinburgh. Our home is light, spacious and airy with large rooms and most importantly a five minute walk from the centre of Stamford. Burleigh park is a 15 minute walk. Take the train to London or Cambridge or drive to Rutland Water or play golf at Burghley. We have another two private bedrooms with ensuite's available to rent separately at the property. You will have your own double bedroom with a 5' bed and an ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee facilities in the kitchen. We're happy to help by pointing you in the direction of local restaurants and places of interest. We're across the road from the Recreation Park and a five minute walk to the High Street. A fifteen minute walk from Stamford Train station or less than 5 minutes by cab.
