With goats and chickens in the barn, wild berries in the fields, and all kinds of wildlife, the Berlin Trails Farm sits just up Cates Hill from the scenic Androscoggin - great for fishing, canoeing, and white water rafting. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of meadows and wilderness, gentle breezes, mountain sunsets, and wide starry nights. see by Rustic cabin-style rooms with pine countertops and log furniture with all the comforts of home including TV, Wi-Fi, pellet stoves, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop, and fridge stocked with local breakfast foods. This three bedroom suite contains a common kitchen and bathroom accessible from all three bedrooms. Entire suite is rented to one party only. We live in the adjacent farmhouse and are at your service next door. We're 1800 feet above sea level, up atop a hill at the far northern edge of town with the best mountain views in the Great North Woods. Daily Concord Coach Bus from Boston to Berlin. Local bus in town. Will transport people and equipment to outdoor venues in the area. Trail access for riders in all seasons. Skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, wild berry-picking, cook-outs, and whatever you need to do them.
