A two-room ground garden in Pic Saint-Loup

A stone's throw away from the different starts of the French 2021 favorite GR®, 30 mins from Anduze, Cévennes gate, 40 mins beaches and 30 mins north of Montpellier (zoo, hospitals, faculties), this pleasant 2 rooms directly overlooking the garden. It was built on the ground floor of a house of the 80s, inhabited by our family including 2 children and 3 cats (cats will certainly come to visit you if you leave the doors open). Your children are welcome. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a main room. The room overlooks a terrace and garden shared with the owners. It has a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The main room also gives on the outside by a large bay window, and is equipped with a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, small fridge, oven and all necessary dishes. Baby equipment is available upon prior request: cot, high chair. The garden is accessible as much as you want. The laundry room is available on request (washing machine, tumble dryer). For those who wish, the car can be parked in front of the apartment. The owners will be available to advise you visits in our beautiful Pic Saint-Loup, Montpellier or more specific routes if necessary. Feel free to talk wines with the owner. Our house, in the heart of a ground of more than 2 000 m ², is located in a housing estate a little distant from the center of the village, all the same accessible on foot in about fifteen minutes to stroll on the Sunday morning market. Several events follow one another during the year: sporting events such as the Festa Trail Pic Saint-Loup in the spring, the country farmers' markets on some Wednesday evenings during the summer, festive events such as the Festa de la Vendemia each autumn , or the Vignes Buissonnières in June. The car is better to reach us, you can then go on foot to hike to Notre-Dame d'Aleyrac or the Towers of Salles, bike on the greenways of the Gard. A bus leaves from the Occitanie station in Montpellier (one return trip per day) to stop in the subdivision (line 115/615). The airport is 40 minutes by car, Montpellier Sud de France train station is 35 minutes away. Covid19 : Le linge de maison est lavé à 90 degrés. L'ensemble du logement est nettoyé et désinfecté avec minutie à chaque location. Une piscine hors sol est présente dans le jardin mais elle reste strictement réservée aux propriétaires.
