Less than 30min drive away, there's a lot to do and see : beach, peaceful walks, river, waterfalls, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Canal du Midi ... and very important : good gastronomy and delicious wine ! The property is composed by two adjacent houses. On this listing, you are booking for both houses, you'll have the exclusivity of the whole property (and the pool). In the upper house you'll find: - 1 suite with king size bed & private bathroom - 3 rooms with queen size beds & 2 bathrooms - one bedroom / mezzanine with 2 simple beds In the lower house you'll find : - 2 bedrooms with queen size bed & private bathroom - one bedroom with two singles beds Within the property you'll have access to : - a very nice swimming pool - TV and home cinema with a collection of 500 movies for a cozy night (we're very proud of it :) ) - 2 open-plan kitchen fully equipped - living room and dining room opened to the terrace - a terrace with a BBQ for you to enjoy the nice weather - dining tables both inside & outside for big groups You can enjoy the whole Loft. Our family lives just next to the Gite, we are available if you need anything. We are fully available to share with you our secret spots in the region. Loft d'Oc is located in a very calm village next to the vineyards. You will be very close to Fabrezan were you can find all basic shops. 40 min away from Carcassonne and 25 min from Narbonne. A parking is available just next to Loft d'Oc.
