Minutes from the Rivelin and Loxley Valley's, walk to Wadsley Common, SWFC, easy access to the picturesque village of Bradfield and the peak district. Heated swimming pool (May to Oct). Large BBQ and garden area. Tram stops and buses to the University and Town Centre are only minutes away. All dietary requirements are catered for, please let us know if you have any allergies etc. We are gluten free and provide a variety of home made produce in our buffet style breakfast. Guests have their own en-suite. The family bathroom is for use of the hosts only. There is another changing/toilet facility also available outside if required. Peaceful location minutes from the countryside, with easy access to the city. We are 10 mins walk from the tram and 2 mins walk to bus stops giving easy access to city centre, universities and Meadowhall. City centre is 10/15 mins by car. We are on the doorstep of wadsley common, the Rivelin and Loxley Valley's and the picturesque village of Bradfield. Easy access to the peak district. the pool use is restricted to guests only. It is unsupervised and therefore used at your own risks. Strictly no ball games in or around the pool. Guests are required to be respectful of our home and keep the noise to a minimum after 11pm. In season pool opening hours 8am-8pm.
