Oasis - Luxury Room with guest bath access

Hello and welcome to House of Avalon. My name is Katy Jane and together with my husband Tyson we have opened our home to offer travellers a ‘home away from home’, Bed and Breakfast experience. When you stay, we offer a free continental breakfast with unlimited access to tea, coffee and all your day to day essentials including fresh linen, fluffy towels and the love of our 10 year old Border Collie Strider. This room is perfect for visiting pack packers, families or friends offering a king single, single bunk overhead and optional air mattress for a third bed. Mattresses are sealy posturepedic types and very comfortable. Make the most of using the multiple beds in this room or simple stretch out and enjoy a private large screen tv, gaming system and smart technologies on offer. Feel free to use the laundry, lounge and back deck to rest, relax and prepare for the next leg of your journey. Guests are welcome to use all spaces in the house, we simple ask for the master suite to remain off limits. We have a lovely patio and back yard perfect for kids, pets and sports. We are very social and happy to invite you to join our family meals on our lovely back patio. If your just looking for a private space please let us know. We have a great park with exercise equipment in walking distance, lots of walking paths and our property backs onto bush so you can enjoy a nature walk. We have two petrol stations including a 7/11 and pie face in walking distance. Our house is best accessed by car and there is lots of safe street parking out front. We have a border collie named Strider who is a member of our family. If your not a dog fan we understand and can make sure your room remains dog free, however she is in the rest of the house. If your concerned about a dog being around, this room may not be for you.
