Villa Darlena is a splendid and luminous two-story villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Darlena you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding rural area and of the Reatina valley. Villa Darlena is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Magliano Sabina, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet) and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). To stay at Villa Darlena you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September. Patio The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and of the hills. Garden The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by pine trees and by olive trees and platans. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside. Ground Floor Living Room The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The furnishings include three sofas and a rocking chair. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the hills through three French doors. The room has a window with a view of the swimming pool and of the hills. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden. Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. First Floor Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The room has a window with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. --- The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels; beach/pool towels. Available for a fee, if desired: heating (when needed) EUR 30.00/day. Upon arrival the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 250, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
