The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet, a laundry room and 2 living areas, each of which includes a fireplace with sofas, TV and a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Ideal for 6-7 people, it can accommodate up to 10 thanks to the double sofa beds located in secluded corners of the living areas. Children up to two years of age are free, even if they have to be notified at the time of booking. Outside there are gardens and patios, a barbecue, a swimming pool and ample parking. WIFI is free. The house is 12 km from the Duomo parking lot located in the historic center of Siena. Other information The house is new but designed respecting the Tuscan tradition and design (ceilings in terracotta and wood, classic doors, etc). It is 12 km from the center of Siena, a city of art famous for its monuments, museums and the 'Palio': the horse race that takes place on July 2 and August 16 in the majestic Piazza del Campo. All around wooded hills populated by abbeys, Romanesque churches, castles, old farms and medieval villages, reachable by bike or on horseback. Within a radius of a few kilometers there are beautiful medieval towns such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Gaiole, Radda, famous for their works of art, wines and typical foods. The Tyrrhenian Sea, Mount Amiata and Lake Trasimeno can be reached within an hour's drive. Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi and Orvieto in an hour and a half. With frequent buses, from Siena you can go in the center of Florence in just over an hour and in the center of Rome in three.
