Luxurious and quiet design apartment with garden, living room and bathroom with a shower box and toilet. Windows equipped with shutters are oriented to the garden. The apartment is very quiet and suitable also for long term accommodation. The apartment is situated on the ground level. It takes 5 minutes by walk to the old town. It takes 3 minutes to Lužánky, the most beautiful park in Brno. Trades are 20 minutes away by tram. Apartment has a comfortable bed, large sofa, armchair, a massive stone kitchen table, a TV set mounted on the wall and large windows equipped with shutters with a view to the garden. The apartment is great to take a rest after an amazing day spent in Brno. The bathroom with the showerbox and toilet is equipped with a small and a large towel for each guest so you will have enough space in your luggage. There is also a high speed and stable wifi. Apartment is situated on the ground level with a private entrance to the garden and a parking spot. There is also a garden seating and garden, where smoking is allowed. Jacuzzi is available for the whole year. It would be nice to meet you in front of the house and give you a key from the apartment. I will recommend you places, where to go in Brno to have the best experience. I will not disturb you, but I am available in the house every day. Otherwise my friends are available to help you. It takes 5 minutes to the old town, 3 minutes to Lužánky, the most beautiful park in Brno. It takes 6 minutes by tram from the main train station. If you plan a ride to Trades, you will appreciate a direct tram line that reaches the main entrance in 20 minutes. Parking on the street is allowed to residents only, there are two nearby park garages. Newspaper shop opens daily in the next building. There are two grocery stores on the street (till 10 PM), and a non-stop grocery store nearby. Vila Tugendhat is 20 minutes away by walk through the Lužánky park. The City Theatre Brno is on the opposite side of the street. Janáček and Mahen Theatre is 10 minute by walk. If you plan a trip to the old town, always go by walk, parking there is too expensive. Taxi costs 150 CZK. If you travel by train, ge on the tram #1 directing Řečkovice in front of the train station. You need a 20 CZK ticket that you can buy on the platform also by card. If you travel by Regiojet or Flixbus, the way is same. If you travel by car, I recommend you Waze GPS navigation, where you can find Residence Caesar Brno, the address is Lidická 19, Brno. The very next building is a big white building of Hotel Slovan. Parking on the street for 30 CZK/hour or in JD Parking (300 CZK / 24 hours, (Website hidden by Airbnb) One parking spot is reserved for you. Parking lot is at Lidicka 19, Brno. If you will need housekeeping during your long term stay, we will schedule it, even every day. Long term booking always contains housekeeping. I live in the house and I will meet you to give you the keys. Provide me, please, with your estimated time of arrival (check-in available from 3 PM to 12 PM). There is a fully equipped laundry room in the house with washing machines, dryers and detergents and iron.
