Newly renovated self contained cottage on 2 acres situated 7ks from the picturesque Dungog. The residence is separate from the main house, giving plenty of privacy with undercover parking available. Hunter valley wineries, Newcastle and port Stephens all within an hour drive. Barrington Tops also within driving distance. My residence is the old Alison school, where apparently, Doug Walters the Australian cricketer went to school in his youth. Nicely renovated self contained cottage with two queen beds,. One room is relatively small but comfortable. A newly built fire pit has been built with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage is set next to the Alison school building which was closed many years ago and is currently being renovated. A short drive to the main town of Dungog which has plenty of places to visit and see.
