It is a family orientated building with a lovely atmosphere on a private road with 24 hrs security around the building with CCTV monitored at security reception, guest intercom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is situated on the 9th floor with an exquisite city and airport view. It is inclusive of all facilities. There are two modern lifts, 24hr direct gas, and 24hr hot & cold running water. Additionally included are amenities for guests to enjoy such as a swimming pool, a jogging track, a gym, a clubhouse, a landscaped garden and a fun play area for the children. (gym & swimming pool are allowed to be used by the guest who is staying for a minimum of 3 weeks). Our flat is fully and beautifully furnished to a very high standard, with a combination of both east and west culture incorporating beautifully handmade maharaja style furniture, the apartment is fully air-conditioned in all rooms, fans in all rooms, a 40" LCD TV choice with over 400 channels showing live English Premiership & European football matches as well as a variety of other national, international sports and multi-language channels to suit your taste. A cinema sound DVD player and two telephones available with free local calls for your convenience to book a taxi, free home delivery of takeaway or groceries. additionally, we provide you along with a PC with Microsoft Office, a laser printer with a scanner and 24 hrs complimentary wifi/broadband.
