Welcome to the Private Natural resort, 140 ha of exceptional Vercors landscape. Travel to another world, the perfect retreat, far away from it all yet only 50 minutes away from Valence. The house is 300 years old. It has been restored so as to sit harmoniously in its surroundings, central to the 140 hectares of private protected land. Other rooms are available on the site. Travellers will have access to a generous terrace, from which a grandiose landscape can be admired (also the designated smoking area). The house offers a kitchen, living room, games room (ping pong/ pool), fitness room and home cinema, all of the above on a rather large scale. The estate offers its own »garden », all 140 ha of it in fact! For our horse friends, you can find2 5x5 sheltered boxes, a closed oval 50 x 20, enclosed 3 ha pastureland. Of course, multiple activities are possible on this exceptional site. Philippe offers personalised training and muscular development courses (preparation Ironman etc.) The gym is a full-blown affair with lavish levels of equipment. Breakfast is self service The walking trails leave straight from the house and enable to access exceptional scenery towards the Alps, the Lyon valley, the Gervanne and Drome valley as well as the beautiful Trois Becs mountains.
