On the upper floor are the last two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a television, a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom and a private terrace. The other bedroom upstairs is equipped with a dressing room and two beds of 90 cms that can be assembled to make a King Size bed. A bathroom with walk-in shower is adjacent to this room. The highest level is a solarium equipped with a modular pergola, a large table for lunch or have an aperitif, and chairs to enjoy the sun with confidence. The house has its terrace with private pool.
