Lovely sunny beachside holiday home situated at Pukehina Beach which is approximately 35 minutes drive from popular Mt Maunganui. Newly renovated and ready for couples or families to enjoy. Approximately 20 mins drive to popular wedding venue Old Forest School. Pukehina beach is one of Bay of Plentys best kept secrets. Enjoy the peace and tranquility it has to offer. Relax on the beach, go swimming or kayaking and if you are into fishing it is perfect for surfcasting or putting a kontiki out. There is also a boat ramp a short drive from the house. Situated next to a beach access it is only a few steps to the beach and walking distance to the local shop. Has both sea and rural views and a large private deck. It is non smoking and no pets allowed unless by prior arrangement. Guests have access to everything in the house. The house is connected to a one bedroom flat that is rented out on a permanent basis but is very private. Outdoor furniture and bbq are for guests use and there is off road parking for up to two vehicles. The beachfront property in front of the house is also owned by the host and may be rented out by negotiation only. Guests must not walk through this property to the beach unless they have permission by the host. The host will be there to meet you by arrangement and give you a key or if this is not possible will leave it in a lockbox on the property. Lovely laidback beach community Location is a short driving distance to Whakatane, Rotorua , Papamoa, Mt Maunganui and Tauranga. Linen is provided along with tea, coffee and sugar. The property has a tv, stereo, dishwasher, and heatpump and laundry has complete facilities. A highchair and portacot are also available. There is a bbq to use and a cleaning fee of $20 will be charged if not left clean.
