An extended traditional detached cottage with cosy dual aspect lounge, dining room & modern kitchen. There is the option to have either one or two double bedrooms which enjoy superb views. There are two bathrooms; both with bath and shower. Sit back, relax and soak up the views from outside seating areas. Parking for one car with additional on street parking nearby. Just a short walk down to the village with shop, post office, bakery, cafe and pub nearby. You'd be hard pushed to find a more idyllic spot; the views are truly amazing, the cottage cosy yet with modern features- underfloor heating, a log burner, a fully equipped kitchen, board games, books. It is perfect as a winter retreat or summer escape. Whether you like walking, cycling, drives along the coast or a walk by the river or on the beach; an evening meal at home, a takeaway or a stroll to the local pub you couldn't find a better location. Come and chill, read, relax, stroll, do whatever takes your fancy in a beautiful environment. We love to spend time here ourselves and get a thrill out of sharing this fabulous space. The house, side patio with raised deck area plus front terrace are all approached via stone steps at the front. Please note As a result of the additional costs of cleaning and preparation because of C19 The price per night is based on 2 guests sharing one double bedroom and there will be additional charges if you need to use more than one bedroom. There is space to park one car immediately outside the property. If you have more than one vehicle then there is usually space on the lane. Failing that the village car park off the High St offers weekend rates. We may not be there to meet you but you can contact us by telephone at anytime during your stay. Overlooking the village affords the spectacular views that make the cottage so special. The village is only a short walk away and offers a small supermarket, a cafe at the abbey, a post office, a pottery, a gallery and a fish and chip shop. The Ferry Inn pub & Teifi Waterside ( formerly The Webley) offer lovely food with an opportunity to sample the catch of the day. The village also hosts a farmers' market every Tuesday and fresh bread and eggs can be purchased daily from the working mill nestled in the village. The abbey has a charming tea shop serving home made food and also selling local arts and crafts. Plenty of walks, local buses and cycle friendly roads Cardigan is lovely to visit with plenty of restaurants and take always as well as a host of independent shops; a delight for browsing. Also in close proximity the beaches and coves of Mwnt and Gwbert and the luxurious Cliff hotel and Spa. With easy access to the coastal path there are breath taking walks to suit everyone. The Teifi Waterside is also a treat with excellent food and service and spectacular views.
