Large Private Suite On Wooded Preserve & Farm

Cozy, family friendly suite on beautifully wooded acreage! Come & go through the private entrance & relax in our homey basement suite. Walking, biking & horse trails at Lake Rebecca are accessed from the backyard, or enjoy a blazing fire in the outdoor fire pit! Plenty of space w/a Queen bed, sofa, recliner, extra air mattress & Pack 'n Play available. Private adjoining bathroom, fridge, microwave & snacks are included for your comfort. Quick 30 mins to the cities & under an hour to the airport We live on 5 beautifully wooded acres, and the basement suite has scenic views of the woods! There is a parking space for you, and the private entrance on the side of the house leads to the large, private studio suite, with closet space, TV, coffee maker, mini fridge & microwave. There are lots of toys & games available for any kiddos on the trip, and plenty of room to explore the outdoors. We do have horses, dogs, and chickens onsite at our barn, and visits with the animals can be arranged! We are a friendly, drama free family and look forward to making your visit as comfortable as possible. We do live upstairs, so some family noise should be expected...I like to make note of that so no one is surprised by this :-) We respect your privacy but are available for any needs that may arise! You are welcome to explore the yard, woods & trails. We ask you respect the environment, and clean up after yourself. Please do not enter the barn or interact with the animals without permission for safety purposes. We do live upstairs, and have 4 children & 2 dogs. There is usually someone home and if anything is needed, we can be contacted via phone, email or text! The side door has a keypad for self check in and the code will be sent prior to your arrival. We live in the country, but are about 2 miles from Delano conveniences! Coborns, Caribou and other necessities are minutes away. We are about 30 minutes from the cities, an hour from the airport, and a quick drive on Hwy. 12 will have you there in no time. We live butted right up to Lake Rebecca Park Preserve which has endless opportunities for outdoor enjoyment for the whole family. Biking, snowshoeing, swimming, canoeing, fishing, great playgrounds are all easily accessible from the backyard! You will need a car to get around while you're here. If we have missed something, or something is unsatisfactory please let us know! We want you to be comfortable and happy during your stay :-) The heat/AC is adjusted upstairs, so please text Amanda if any adjustments are needed. A heater & fan is also located in the closet.
