Spacious family home with large unique garden

Large family home. 2 double bedrooms with ensuites. 2 children's rooms (1 with ensuite). 1 has king size sofa bed and a cabin bed with mattress beneath (suitable for a young child); the other has a dbl futon and a cabin bed with mattress underneath. The garden is great for family fun/entertaining, with a fully equipped outdoor bar, gas BBQ, 10' trampoline, table tennis table, kids play den & slide, large futon day bed, extra large paddling pool. The garden also has: dinning table, picnic bench, hanging chair, hammock, music sound system and patio heater. Also very convenient location - 5 min walk to shops and restaurants (Nork). 10 mins walk to Banstead high street with many restaurants, supermarkets etc. Please contact us for 2 week Summer special discount. The entre house, however the Loft and garage will be locked. Parking for at least 2 cars on driveway (our car may be there too but drive is massive). On street parking is also free. Please phone at anytime should you have problems. Relatives in the local area can be with you in 10 minutes in case of emergency. You will never be more than a short drive to a natural beauty spot. The area is great for running, cycling and days out for picnics. Box Hill, Epsom Downs Race course, Historic Reigate and local leisure centre are all easily accessible. The Neighbourhood itself is quite and relaxed, with restaurant's and shops within a 10 minute walk. You'll be a 10 minute walk from Banstead train station, which will take you in to London in 1 hour. The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, outdoor bar, range cooker, microwave, electric oven (part of range), coffee machine and patio heater (we will leave it with gas, if you use it all it up and want to refill it you will be responsible for doing that yourselves). Please put bins out Monday evening and bring them in on Tuesday (2 week cycle for most things, 1 week for food & cardboard). Please water the vegetable patch and tomatoes every few days. Help yourself to any fruit or veg! (Courgettes, sweetcorn, french beans and tomatoes). Various baby / toddler accessories available on request: cot, baby bath etc. please ask!
