Summary: Nestled in Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast, Seven Bells is a stylish holiday home which is perfect for families and groups of friends. Sleeping up to 8 guests, the property boasts a beautiful kitchen diner, living room, four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture. Free on site parking for two vehicles is also an added bonus! The Space: Seven Bells has a bright and stylish living room. With a flat screen TV and comfy sofa, this is the ideal place to relax with your loved ones. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen diner. Shaker in style, the kitchen is light grey in colour with modern appliances so you can easily prepare meals during your stay. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a comfy, double bed. You’ll find a further three bedrooms upstairs on the second floor. The master bedroom on this floor boasts an ensuite bathroom and a king bed. The second bedroom is a twin and the final room has single bunk beds. The family bathroom can be found on the first floor. Modern and clean, the bathroom features a spacious bathtub, overhead waterfall shower, WC and basin. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with a table and benches. Enjoy al fresco meals here or have a glass of something bubbly as the sun goes down. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is free on-site parking for two cars on the driveway at the front of the property. The Neighborhood: Walk along Church Street and you’ll wind up at the East bank where you’ll find narrow medieval streets dotted with boutiques, pubs and fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. Walk over the swing bridge which sits over the River Esk and you’ll find yourself at the West side of town. It’s here you can discover cosy pubs, fun arcades and even more fish restaurants! Continue along the lively road until you reach the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts. Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks. Getting Around: The centre of Whitby is a short ten-minute walk from Seven Bells. Whitby train station is less than half a mile away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station. There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm. Interaction with Guests: We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
