Front row on the water! Our little flat by the sea is located between the villages of Bogliasco and Nervi in one of the most beautiful bays of the Portofino Coast. The property has 2 bedrooms, a romantic balcony and stunning views of the sea. The flat is unique as it is literally on the water and has a small but beautiful beach on its doorstep. The view from every window is simply brethtaking. A fantastic location as the little bay is completely car free. The flat is family friendly but is more suitable for families with children above the age of 3. Car free promenade with lots of bars and restaurants. To get to the flat you have to walk some 200 meters down a pedestrian ally. The flat is on the second floor with no lift. There are 2 beachclubs nearby with saltwater swimming pools. Nervi train station is 10 min walk. The area is very family friendly even though the flat is more suited for children above 3. Easy access via train to Portofino, Genoa and the riviera. From Nervi port there is also a ferry that in summer months takes you to Camogli, San Fruttuoso and Portofino. Unfortunately i now leave abroad for work so i can no longer meet guests. However i am always very proactive with help, advise and suggestions on how to enjoy my beautiful apartment. I have a very relaxed approach: enjoy my flat as if it was yours☺ Lovely neighbourhood with a warm village feeling. The pub/restaurant nearby is the focal point of life in the bay and a great place where to start the day with a cappuccino or finish off with a cocktail. Great place for kids as there are no cars and they can pop in from the flat to the beach in seconds. Nervi train station is 10 min walk via a beautiful car-free promenade. Nervi is a great location to visit the ligurian coast with frequent trains to Portofino, Cinqueterre and Genoa. Canoa and SUP club nearby where you can rent all the equipment. In Bogliasco (15 min walk). There is also a surf club where we know well the owner and you can rent/have lessons. We can organise boat rentals for you from bogliasco port. Lots of bars and restaurant nearby. At arrival guests will be asked for i.d. documents based on italian law. in case of late check in after 20.00 there will be an extracharge to be paid of euro 30.
