Souterrain Apartment with Terrace

Animals are not explicitly prohibited, but must always be requested. Large room (30 sqm) with small garden, own kitchen and large private shower room (16 sqm). 35 km from Munich, bus to S-Bahn station 100 meters away, Starnberger See (6 km), near Bad Tölz, Tegernsee and the mountains. Cycling trails, cross-country ski trails and Nordic walking trails (100 meters) Unfortunately it is not possible for our guests, who just stay one night with us, to use the sauna. For a stay of 2 nights or more, the sauna can be used once per stay free of charge. Animals are not explicitly prohibited, but must always be requested. After agreeing to bring a dog, however, clear rules must be followed. Dogs are not allowed in the garden, must be kept on a leash when entering our property, may not walk freely in the house and never sleep in the beds or be fed with the dishes from the kitchen. The pet owner brings his own bowls and an old towel to clean the dog's feet in wet weather. After unfortunately very bad experiences I have to charge 10 Euro cleaning fee for each dog. I very much regret this. The money must be paid cash on arrival.
