Family home in the Turin landscape

Are you going on holiday or for professional reasons? We offer you our family home. Possibility to park your cars in a large free parking. You have at your disposal a Wifi and Lan connections. Heating is provided by a pellet stove. Please read all the services offered by our home : position, accessibility, performance and services offered. Please do not esitate to ask informations ! You have a large living room with equipped kitchen. A room with bathroom, on the ground floor. Upstairs (attic) three bedrooms, a small office and a bathroom with bathtub. Garden and free parking are available. You have the whole house (except the basement). Access to the floor is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs). Access to the ground floor is via a staircase (7 steps). One bedroom and a bathroom are available on the ground floor. My mother takes care of your welcome and as far as possible by myself. We are available during the duration of your stay. The house is located in an land area, served by a NATIONAL ROAD AND HIGHWAYS. The neighborhood is calm. At 400m there is a sports center with tennis, swimming pool and restaurant. A family equestrian center at 300m. By car : 25 minutes from "Piazza Castello" in Turin 3 minutes from the entrance to the A4 motorway (Turin-Milan-Trieste) 8 minutes from the entrance of the A5 motorway (Turin-Aosta) The nearest train station (FS) is 4.5 Km (you can reach "Porta Susa" in 5 minutes). The nearest bus station is 3 Km (Urban line to go to Torino, 55 minutes). At check-in, in order to respect the legislation in force, an identification document of each guest will be asked for registration at the Turin Police Headquarters. Attention the house is not suitable for small children. Please note that we are in the campaign, the presence of various animals and insects is not SCI-FI.
