The big light and bright house, close to the beach, is ideal for families with a holiday-house feel but the conveniences of a home. Perfect for outdoor living or for active joggers, paddlers, surfers and kite surfers. Also allows for dual living with a separate upstairs unit that could suit grandparents or teens. The house is a metre from the water - wild birds are the only noise, and the house is relaxed, open-plan, airy, bright and super kid-friendly. Owned by a well known wildlife photographer it is an artistic space. There are three bedrooms downstairs and one big upstairs room that can sleep 3 and is great for teens or older folks who want independence and a separate space. This upstairs room has a bathroom and small kitchenette. The upstairs can be used as a separate flat to create dual living. The house is perfect for outdoor living and entertaining around the pool with a barbeque area. Kids will love the nearby park, hot tub and our selection of 5 different canoes. It is situated in a quiet safe caul de sac and is very secure. 5 Minute drive from the best surfing beach as well as grocery shops. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets and train access. Easy access to the M5 to town and other attractions. You can paddle canoes to the beach from our house. The house is generally managed by Veronica who is a professional and wonderful house manager. Living on a marina and wetland reserve means we are secure ( no through access), we are surrounded by nature and close to beaches and mountains. Train is very close. M5 freeway is on our doorstep, which leads directly to town and waterfront. We are 25 minutes from the airport and from the waterfront.
