The Tremezzo Bella Vista apartment is a lovely one bedroom flat, fully equipped and well loved by the owners who have decided to share it with you. We can assure it's maximum comfort and perfect location will not disappoint. The boat stop is a very short walk away along with the bus stop so perfect for those of you who wish to use public transportation and totally forget about having a car! Restaurants, Cafes and bars are just down stairs from Tremezzo Bella Vista so you are well served. Small grocery shops are located in town and larger supermarkets in the neighboring towns. Entering the building from the pedestrian portico that remains behind the road and up one flight of stairs takes you to the front door, through to the hallway and into the lovely flat. The living/kitchen, dining room opens out directly onto the large balcony, that is of course, the best seat in the house! You will find max comfort and amenities such as Amazon Echo Alexa who can help you find info off the web and even stream music for you, all with voice command!| The kitchen is fully equipped and has all you need to prepare your Italian meals but to be honest, with the numerous restaurants just down one flight of steps will you need to cook?? The balcony offers great views over Tremezzo and the central lake area and, of course Bellagio. It has 2 loungers, table and chairs and a sun awning so you can enjoy the balcony to the max. The master bedroom also opens out onto the balcony. A good size room with ample cupboard space. High ceilings in both rooms allows good air circulation and the thick stone walls help keep the flat cooler in the summer months. The bathroom with shower, basin and WC is just across the hall from the bedroom. Tremezzo is a great little village, relaxing, offers a number of restaurants and cafes and lovely lake front walks. One of the more famous botanical gardens is just down the road and not to be missed, the Villa Carlotta. Famous for the Azaleas blooming in the spring months, very much worth a visit that you will not forget!
