It is located, in a very peaceful neighborhood of Vouliagmeni, within 5 minutes walking distance from the main beach and 5 to 20 minutes from a big variety of smaller beaches for all tastes. The house is suitable for 2-4 guests, with the ability to host two additional people. The area of Vouliagmeni Vouliagmeni is a picturesque peninsula of breath taking beauty, situated on the eastern edge of Athens Riviera. Vouliagmeni’s sandy and rocky beaches are consistently awarded the coveted EU blue flags for environmental excellence. The lake of Vouliagmeni is one of the most impressive natural sights of Athens, also well known for the healing capacities of its brackish waters. The outstanding mild climate of the area makes all-year round holidays possible. The area is also characterized by its rich vegetation, elegant villas and some of the finest hotels in Attica. Vouliagmeni is the ideal place to stay if you want to visit the worldwide famous monuments and sights of Athens and at the same time enjoy the crystal clear sea, the sun and the magnificent blue sky of Attica without having to travel to one of the greek islands. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a confortable living room with two double bed sofas and smart tv and two properly furnished balconies, ideal for relaxation, overlooking a pine trees garden. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, cuttlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The apartment is fully airconditioned. The boiler provides hot water all day long. Wi-Fi is available ensuring continuous internet connectivity. Smart TV is also available. There’s a lot of free parking space next to the building. There is frequent bus transportation which allows you to reach the Athens City Center (Sintagma Square, Monastiraki , Plaka, Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and the National Archeological Museum). You can also take bus line 122 to go, in less than 10 minutes, to the nearest metro station, Elliniko, and from there to the Athens city center. In order to get to the nearby tram station, which also takes you to the Athens city center and to the nearby suburb of Glyfada you can take the bus 114 or 115. The distance between the apartment and the bus station is approximately 400m. Alternatively you can go to Glyfada by taxi or car in less than 10 minutes. It takes 45 minutes by car to reach cape Sounio and the ancient Greek temple of Poseidon (God of the sea according to Greek mythology). A very popular end of day excursion to experience the sunset over the aegean sea. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the Athens city center by taxi or car.
