Eve's Baguio Transient House

Our cozy home is similar to a classic condo unit with one bedroom. Located inside a quiet subdivision and 15 minutes away from the City proper. Fits for small groups of families or friends bringing along private cars or a healthy walk from the subdivision gate that serves as a good exercise. Ground floor with an area of 54 square meters. The tidy bathroom measures 8 X 4 feet connected with its vanity room and walk-in closet. Guests with 5 feet & 11 inches in height and bigger in size could not comfortably use the bathroom space at the ground floor. We can offer though our comfort room at the second floor with a bigger area. 1. Ground floor 2. Bigger cooking area at second floor 3. A separate entrance for the veranda for a better coffee place and to feel the cool breeze of Baguio. A friendly caretaker assist guests throughout the stay. Quiet Neighborhood. CCTVs were strategically put in place along the subdivision streets for everyone's security. Safe place to stay. Public transport are available at the subdivision gate but can always ask for a taxi ride through the assistance of the Caretaker. A landline is readily available for local calls. Parking is along the subdivision street or just in front of the house. Sorrounded by mountain views and overlooking Mt. Cabuyao or the famous LA PRESA. Likewise: Some neighborhood have their dogs and barking during night time could not be avoided.
