The Bunkhouse is a cozy Tiny House ideally located between Bryce & Zion National Parks on 16-acres of The Riverside Ranch in Hatch, Utah. Conveniently located off Scenic Hwy 89. Ideal for day excursions to Bryce (25min) & Zion (50min). Come home after exploring to a rustic yet satisfyingly comfortable space complete with all the amenities to fully relax (cook, TV, read, recliners, wifi, bbq, small patio) The Bunkhouse is the perfect alternative to camping for the ultimate road trip getaway! A great alternative to camping & motel rooms. The Bunkhouse offers 288 square feet - small living room space with 2 comfortable recliner chairs, Samsung Smart TV with direct TV, kitchenette complete with necessities to cook your own meals. There is a private bathroom with sink, shower & toiletries. At the end of the unit there is a bedroom with room for your belongings that comfortably sleeps 2. The bed was custom made 1 inch shorter than a standard Queen. There is a coin op laundry on site as well that is shared with our motel & RV guests. You have a private patio with a view or can use the community firepit. Our 16 acre property features a private tiny house/ 13 motel rooms & 18 RV spaces. The tiny house sits next to a building with 6 motel rooms & shared parking area and is generally quiet. Guests will have private access to their tiny house and the entire 16 acre property for walking or fishing on the Sevier River. There is also a community fire pit and wood is provided for fires. The house includes a charcoal BBQ grill provided and skewers for roasting marshmallows. There is an onsite manager if you have any questions or guidance for day hikes and restaurants. We welcome you as our guests and try to be as accommodating as possible. We are always open for recommendations and comments/suggestions and strive to offer our guests a wonderful experience under the starry skies of rural Utah. There is an onsite manager available in the Main Lobby that will be able to assist in all your needs. Other things to note: * We assume you will tidy up after yourselves as that would be the decent thing to do. However you will be charged $25 if extra cleaning is needed. 1. We provide 2 pillows, linens & blankets for the Queen bed, extra floor mattress, two reclining chairs in the living room. 2. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils to cook meals & coffee. The kitchen tap water has been tested and is safe to drink. 3. Bathroom is private with toilet and shower complete with towels and basic toiletries. 4. We are happy to provide Free Wifi. We are located in a rural and remote area so sometimes WiFi can be slow and is to be expected in the entire area. A large Samsung Smart TV with direct TV access. 5. We provide a small charcoal grill with charcoal with long stem lighter, and starter fluid. 7. There is a shared communal fire pit nearby and firewood can be purchased in the lobby. 8. We provide trash bags for you to use and a trash bin. You will need to haul your trash to the lower bin that is a quick walk away when you leave. You should be quite comfortable and cozy. Grocery Store available in Panguitch located 15 min away. You can park directly in front of the Bunkhouse. Keep in mind: Southern Utah is a remote RURAL area and restaurants are very seasonal and limited especially on Sundays which makes the opportunity to cook in the tiny house ideal. Also, Wifi can be spotty but that is true for the entire area. You will have access to more information & maps in the motel lobby.
