Livermore Loft 8 - Modern Design + Free Parking

Livermore Loft 8 is one of three of uniquely decorated apartments which can sleep up to 5 on the second floor of a stunning conveniently positioned building to set up base and explore what Swansea has to offer. Some highlights include free parking, a Premier Convenience Store & Pizza Hut Takeaway on site as well as a bus stop being situated directly outside the apartment block. We’d be delighted to welcome you on your next trip ! As you enter the property into the spacious hallway you have all the space and rooms you and your party require just off it. Just off to the right you'll find the well thought out space of the kitchen / diner / living area. The kitchen has all of the equipment you need to cook up any meal of your choice and includes an array of appliances such as a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. We've also included a washing machine for those of you who intend on staying for a longer period of time and don't have a big enough suitcase to fit your entire wardrobe ! Just off the kitchen you'll find the the dining area which includes our beautiful reclaimed dining table with seating for four. Directly in front of this you'll find the living area complete with our comfy sofa which doubles up as a sofa bed by night. The 32'' 4k TV includes free view channels as well as a variety of apps such as Netflix where you'll be able into your own accounts so you feel right at home ! Further down the hallway you'll find the two bedrooms and the bathroom all complete with our unique and quirky decor. In the bathroom you'll find not only a shower to come home to after a hard days work or exploring but also a bath to have a nice soak in. Don't worry either if you've forgotten your shampoo, we've got you covered with some complimentary toiletries. In the bedrooms you'll find mattresses fitted with the sole purpose of helping you have a good nights sleep covered in our hotel grade linen. Both bedrooms have ample storage in the form of a chest of drawers and locker style wardrobes. One bedroom includes a double bed and the other two single beds. Complete with the sofa bed in the living area the apartment is more than capable of accommodating 5 comfortably. Livermore Loft 8 is a self contained apartment which is intended for your exclusive use whilst staying in Swansea. There is no need for you to interact with us but if you need anything at all during your stay we are more than happy to help ! Both Matthew & Louisa have grown up in Swansea and know all of the best places to visit, places to eat and the best ways to get about so. All of our contact details are available in our welcome manual which is situated in the apartment as well as the electronic copy that we will send to you prior to your arrival. Livermore Loft 8 sits in an ideal spot mid way between the home of Swansea City Football Club, The Liberty Stadium (0.5 miles away) and the city centre (1.1 miles away) On site you will find a Premier Convenience store as well as a Pizza Hut takeaway whilst Morfa Retail Park is a short 10 minute walk away which is home to a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a Morrisons and McDonalds. The city centre is easily accessible with a bus stop situated directly outside the apartment block. There a variety of transport options available in the area. Buses are frequent and stop directly outside the apartment block and we'll provide you with a variety of taxi company numbers should you need them. If you're feeling a little more adventurous Thrifty car hire is situated just a 5 minute walk away. Both the train and bus station are situated in the city centre which are a 15 - 20 minute walk away. Parking We're delighted to be able to offer a free parking space at Livermore Loft 8. Should you be arriving in more than one car then there is also plenty of free on street parking available. If you are arriving by car on a Saturday around 14:30 then it's sometimes worth checking if Swansea are playing at home as this can cause quite a bit of congestion ! The apartment is situated on the second floor with lift and stair access. Please be aware that the lift can be quite temperamental now and again so isn't always in operation, hence why we don't advertise the property with lift access.
