Faulkner is on the top floor (second floor) with windows on three sides. It feels light and airy and catches the sun all day. The sitting room and the spacious master bedroom overlook the communal garden. The second bedroom is small, with a small double bed (4ft) and a fold-down work table. There is a well-equipped kitchen with oak dining table, fully integrated appliances and stainless steel finish. The kitchen is a food lover's delight with an array utensils for the serious cook. The bathroom has wooden floors and a bath and integral shower. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, as well as curtains, for those who need their sleep. There is super-fast fibre optic broadband and a Flat Screen TV. The master bedroom has a 5ft bed. The wardrobe is 120cm x 60cm and has hanging space, 3 drawers with shoe space underneath. Once a booking is confirmed, we will send you details relating to your Key collection from our office in St Clements. You can check in to your property after 3pm. Please note that properties are not staffed. Keys can be collected between the hours of: Monday - Thursday 3-6pm Friday 3- 4:30pm Saturday 12-3pm If arriving/departing outside of these times or on a Sunday or public holiday, there are additional check in/out charges of £25 per hour before 8pm which will cover our personal time to meet you at the property. If you will be arriving after 8pm, additional charges are levied. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Check ins and check outs between 21st December 2018 and 2nd January 2019 will also incur additional charges. We are a local Short Let Agent based at the St Clements office, just a short walk away from the City Centre. We are on hand throughout guests stay and provide an emergency out of hour's telephone number for your peace of mind. We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we are on hand and available when needed. Oxford is a small city so you can get to most places by foot. The city recently introduced pay as you go bikes which can be used by downloading an app, such as OFO and Pony bikes. The central bus station is located on George Street. There are a number of bus services covering Oxford and the surrounding areas as well as London and southern airports, just jump on at your nearest stop! The main train station in central Oxford is on New Road, from here you have quick access to London. Alternatively there is the Oxford Parkway train station which travels between Oxford, Bicester village and London Marylebone.
