You'll have the choice between a lot of activities: beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and the Quiberon peninsula (40 minutes), Vannes and its historic center (25 min), Carnac and its standing stones (45 min) , Brocéliande forest (20 min), small lovely towns (Rochefort en Terre, Malestroit : 10 min), golf and lake of Ploërmel (15 min), Nantes-Brest canal via Oust river (15 min), etc. Do not hesitate! Access to everything available in the respect of the neighborhood and Mother Nature Someone will always be available to you (me or one of my neighbor) The lake is available for fishing, and it contains a lot of fishs.
