All around are fabulous rural views and walks Guests can enjoy the kitchen diner with doors onto the conservatory and garden, the sitting room and of course the bathroom! It is a very special house, old but beautifully modernised to offer all comforts, central heating plus log fires make it cosy in the colder months. In summer that garden is a sun trap and haven of peace and natural beauty. I love to socialise when guests like to mix for a cuppa and a chat, but I also enjoy quiet time and privacy. Balance is the key. Llandysul has an abundance of shops pubs and cafes. Everything you need is five minutes walk away. In addition there is the International Canoe Centre and many walks. The Heritage coast is 25 mins drive away, and the beaches there are wonderful. Pembrokeshire is 49 minutes drive. The drive can be used for drop off. Parking s just a few metres up the hill in a quiet, safe side road. A car is useful but getting here by public transport is an option.
